How we stain concrete.

We pressure wash off the concrete to make sure the stain works effectively with the concrete. We then add an acid stain based on the color you choose. We let it work its magic and then neutralize and seal it.
It's about a 2-3 day process.
Can be done in basements too! The cleaning process is a little different. We don't want to pressure wash inside someone's house.

What to expect from a stained floor
Because the stain reacts with the concrete, older patches and variations in the original pour can show through in the color. Nick points those out on-site so you know what to expect. If you want a perfectly uniform color, a coating such as poly-aspartic garage floor coatings may suit you better, and Nick will tell you so. To add gloss and protection over a stained patio, ask about topical concrete sealing.
