Heal from the inside out

Far-infrared heat penetrates deeper than a traditional sauna - for detoxification, pain relief, improved circulation, and metabolic support, all at comfortable temperatures.

What is infrared sauna therapy?

Deeper benefits, gentler heat.

Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, our infrared sauna uses far-infrared rays - a natural wavelength from the sun - to warm your body directly from the core out. That means deeper therapeutic benefits at lower, more comfortable temperatures.

Far-infrared rays penetrate up to 1.5 inches below the skin, reaching muscles, tissues, and joints to promote healing at a cellular level - the same wavelength your body naturally absorbs from sunlight, now concentrated in a controlled, private environment.

How it works

The science behind far-infrared heat

Instead of heating the air, infrared rays warm you from the inside out - creating therapeutic effects throughout the body.

Cellular revitalization

Far-infrared energy activates cellular metabolism and repair, supporting the body's natural healing systems.

Deep detoxification

Heat mobilizes toxins stored in fat cells and releases them through sweat - a true deep-tissue cleanse.

Improved circulation

Blood vessels dilate, increasing flow to muscles and organs - easing tension and aiding recovery.

Pain relief

Deep heat reduces inflammation and promotes healing in joints, muscles, and tissues.

Metabolic boost

Your body burns calories to cool itself - up to 600 in a 40-minute session - similar to moderate exercise.

Skin rejuvenation

Increased circulation and sweating clear pores and improve skin tone and clarity.

What to expect

A private 30–60 minute reset.

You'll have a private sauna room for your session. The sauna heats gradually to a comfortable temperature (typically lower than a traditional sauna), and you'll start sweating within 10–15 minutes as the infrared rays penetrate. Many find it far more comfortable than high-heat saunas.

  • Robes and towels provided
  • Makeup remover & filtered water for hydration
  • Chromotherapy (color-therapy) lighting
  • A completely private, peaceful environment

Pro tip: hydrate well before your session. If you're not sweating, you're likely not drinking enough water beforehand.

What makes our sauna different

Far-infrared - not just heat

Far-infrared red light

We use far-infrared red-light therapy specifically - not near or mid infrared. Far infrared penetrates deepest for maximum benefit while staying comfortable and breathable.

Chromotherapy enhancement

Every session includes color therapy - calming blues for relaxation, energizing reds for vitality, balancing greens for renewal.

Completely private

No shared spaces, no distractions - just you, the heat, and your healing time.

Frequently asked

Infrared sauna questions

How often should I use the infrared sauna?+
For active goals like detox, pain relief, or weight support, aim for 3 sessions per week at 30–45 minutes. For maintenance and wellness, 1–2 sessions weekly. New to sauna therapy? Start with 30 minutes and build up to 60 as your body adapts. Memberships make regular sessions easy and affordable.
How many calories does a session burn?+
Because your body works to cool itself, a 40-minute session can burn up to around 600 calories - comparable to moderate exercise. It's a complement to, not a replacement for, a healthy lifestyle.
What should I wear, and should I shower?+
Wear light, comfortable clothing or use our provided robes and towels. Showering afterward helps rinse away the toxins released through sweat. Makeup remover is provided.
Can I use the sauna with high blood pressure?+
Many people with cardiovascular concerns use infrared saunas, but if you have high blood pressure or any heart condition, please check with your doctor first - and let us know so we can guide your session length.
What if I'm not sweating?+
It usually means you're under-hydrated. Drink plenty of water before your session. Some people also sweat less in their first few visits and more as their body adapts to the therapy.
How is this different from a traditional sauna?+
A traditional sauna heats the air to high temperatures; infrared heats your body directly at lower, gentler temperatures - penetrating deeper for therapeutic benefit while feeling more comfortable and breathable.
