Spray Kingz LLC is a locally owned and operated pressure washing company serving the Greater Albany area. We show up on time, do the work ourselves, and treat every property like it's our own.

What I tell every new hire: the surface decides the method. You never put a turbo nozzle on stucco or a roof. Soft wash the soft stuff, surface-clean the hard stuff, and protect the landscaping before a drop of solution comes out. Rush that and the damage shows up after we're gone.

We don't sub the labor. We don't cut the rinse short to chase the next job. We treat it, we wash it, we rinse it down, and we walk it with you before we leave. That's the whole pitch.

The right rig for the right surface.

Most cheap operators have one pressure washer and one nozzle, and they point it at everything. That's how siding gets gouged and roofs get stripped. The surface should decide the method, not the equipment on the trailer.

We run soft-wash systems for siding and roofs, a flat surface cleaner for driveways and flatwork, and the right cleaning solutions to kill algae and mildew at the root. Hot water and reach for the jobs that need it.
