My grandfather and his brother started Sarber Construction in Spokane. My dad and his brother worked with the company for years after that, and I was right there with them. I was seven years old the first time I worked alongside my dad on a job, and I wasn't just watching. We call it "The Sarber Way": no shortcuts, no corners cut, you do it right the first time.
I fell in love with construction on a summer job as a teenager and spent five years with Dappen Construction before it was my turn to take the mantle. I started Sarber Construction LLC back up in March 2025 because there's a real lack of trustworthy contractors who still build strong, beautiful buildings. Too much of the industry is rushed and cheap, with corners cut, or you end up with a contractor you can't trust. We want to bring a good name back to construction: quality, craftsmanship, and strength.
This is a family business in every sense. My wife Kaianna and I have been married since September 2021, and we have two daughters, Krissy and Helly. Kaianna runs our social media, so if you see us online, that's her. Our mission is simple: build beautiful, strong structures through an enjoyable process. Construction is already stressful enough for a homeowner, so I take that stress off your plate with real communication and a jobsite that's kept professional and clean.
I don't build projects meant to last ten years. I build them to last a lifetime.
