"We just had the windows of our house washed by Jaydaz (pronounced “Jazz”), owner of Rose & Shine Window Washing Service. We have a modest one-level house with several windows on all four sides, a couple of sliders, a set of French doors, a couple of garden windows - nothing elaborate at all. I had been approached the other day by Jaydaz, a very friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, eager, and positive entrepreneur. He had lined up a job at a neighbor’s house and would be in the neighborhood during the week and was looking to pick up another job. He came back a couple of days later and wanted to know if he could do the job. He quoted me a price for both inside and outside - what he would normally charge for a home about our size. The price was good, but we only wanted the outside washed, so we agreed on a lower price. He thought an hour and a half would be enough time, so the price we settled upon sounded like a bargain. Now mind you, this was a day of 96-degree, bright sun and it was only him - no helper(s) - and he did an absolutely fantastic job. The windows were spotless. He used de-ionized water, and some other stuff that I didn’t quite understand to keep the windows clean, and the result was beautiful. He also washed the screens, cleared the cobwebs and spider webs from the eaves, wiped down the window frames, basically cleaned all the built-up gunk that windows accumulate, and even washed down the garage door and patio furniture. He worked very hard on this hot day and dare I say longer than twice the amount of time that he anticipated, but it was his attention to detail that caused the overage of time. And that’s worth repeating: he spends more time because of his attention to detail. And that is very special. My wife and I are very happy with the job he did. We would definitely have him back when needed. He even said that within 6 months, if we felt that he missed some areas and in order to maintain the “clean”, he would come back out, no charge. I was going to post pictures of the result, but honestly, they don’t do the work justice. Suffice it to say we would highly recommend Rose & Shine to clean your windows."
