Concrete Parking Lots

Lots, approaches, and aprons that take delivery trucks, customer traffic, and High Plains weather without going to pieces.

The Service

Concrete beats patchwork.

A concrete lot costs more than asphalt on day one and less every year after: no yearly sealcoat, no soft spots in July heat, no potholes after a freeze. We build new lots and tear out failing ones, from small storefront parking to full commercial pads.

  • New concrete parking lots and expansions
  • Tear-out and replacement of failed asphalt or concrete
  • Driveway approaches and entry aprons
  • Dumpster pads and heavy-traffic zones
  • ADA-compliant ramps, walks, and striping-ready surfaces

Built For Traffic

Designed for the loads it will carry.

A lot that only ever sees sedans and a lot that takes a feed truck every morning are two different designs. We build for yours.

01

Thickness where it counts

Drive lanes and truck paths get the section they need, not a one-thickness-fits-all pour.

02

Drainage planned first

Grades and slopes set so water leaves the lot instead of pooling and undermining it.

03

Phased to stay open

We can pour in sections so your business keeps its parking while the work happens.

Common questions

Concrete or asphalt, honestly?
If you plan to hold the property more than a few years, concrete usually wins on total cost. If you need the absolute cheapest surface this quarter, asphalt is that, and we will tell you so.
How long is the lot out of service?
Depends on size and phasing. Sections can typically take car traffic in about a week. We build the schedule around keeping you open.
Do you handle the tear-out?
Yes. Demo, haul-off, regrade, and repour, all one contract.
