What I tell every new hire: the customer is going to stand in front of that window and look for the one streak you missed. So you detail every pane, you wipe every sill, and you finish the outside with purified water so there's nothing left to spot when it dries. Rush it and they'll see it the first sunny morning.
We don't sub the labor. We don't skip the high panes because they're a hassle. We clean the job, we walk it with you, and we re-do anything that isn't spotless before we leave. That's the whole pitch.
