About Gillyard’s Concrete

A hands-on Deltona concrete crew.
Poured right. Finished right.

Owner-run. On every pour. Based in Deltona, FL.

Owner

Owner-led. On the truck, on the pour.

Gillyard’s Concrete is an owner-run crew based in Deltona. The owner is on the job, not behind a desk: quoting the work, checking the forms, and finishing the slab with the same crew every time.

The finish is set within the first 90 minutes of a pour. There's one chance to screed it level, one chance to float it tight, one chance to broom it consistent - so the crew doesn't rush that window to get to the next job. A slab poured in a hurry tells on itself down the road.

We don't sub the labor. We don't pull the truck off-site to chase the next quote. We pour the job, we finish the job, we come back to check the cure. That's the whole pitch.

Craftsmanship

The prep and the finish do the talking.

A concrete job is won or lost before the truck ever shows up. Base compaction, straight forms, and steel placed to plan decide whether a slab stays flat and crack-free, so we treat prep as the job, not the warm-up.

Driveways, patios, walkways, and slabs are handled by one crew from tear-out and grading through the pour and the final finish. One contractor, one written scope, no schedule slip.

Site prep

Grade, form, reinforce

Compacted base, straight forms, and rebar or mesh set to plan before a single yard of concrete moves.

The pour

Worked in the window

Screeded level, floated tight, edged clean, all inside the concrete's working time. Never rushed to make the next job.

Finishing crew

In-house, not subbed

Screeders, floaters, and edgers on payroll. Same hands every pour, start to cure.

How we work

Three rules we don't break.

01

Same crew, same pour.

The names you meet on the estimate are the names on-site for the pour. No subcontracted finishers, no day-labor handed a trowel for the first time.

02

Quote in writing, before work.

Every scope is written down - sqft, finish, rebar plan, joint plan, cure plan. No surprises mid-pour. No change orders unless the scope actually changed.

03

Workmanship guaranteed.

If a finish defect or installation issue shows up, we come back and make it right. Ask us about the workmanship guarantee on your estimate visit.
