Line Pump

Hose on the ground, concrete through the gate. The tight-access answer for every pour a truck cannot reach and a boom cannot justify.

The Service

Anywhere a hose can go.

A line pump pushes concrete through flexible hose laid along the ground: down the side yard, through the walk gate, into the basement window, across the field to the far forms. Small footprint, steady flow, and usually the most economical pump on smaller pours.

If a line will do your job, we will quote the line. We spec the pump that fits the pour, not the one that pads the invoice.

  • Backyard patios, pads, and pool surrounds
  • Garage and shed slabs on tight lots
  • Footings, frost walls, and fence lines
  • Interior and basement floor pours

What You Get

Tight access is not a problem. It is Tuesday.

01

Through, not over

Gates, corridors, easements, tree lines. If we can lay hose to it, we can pump to it.

02

Gentle on the property

The hose comes in, the concrete goes down, the hose leaves. The lawn never knows.

03

Metered flow

Concrete arrives at your crew's pace, which means tight forms fill clean instead of flooding.

What we will ask you.

The routeTruck parking spot and the hose path to the pour.

Common questions

How far can you run the line?
Far enough for nearly any lot in the Ames area. On long or uphill runs we walk the route at quote time so pour day has zero surprises.
Is a line cheaper than a boom?
Usually, on small and mid-size pours. That is exactly why we quote each job individually instead of a flat rate card.
Can you pump into a basement?
Yes. Window wells, stairwells, and wall sleeves are all standard line-pump territory.
