Why these jobs need a real crew
Footers, slabs on grade, sidewalk replacement, and additions are not glamorous. They're also where most crews cut corners because nobody is looking at the rebar or the joint plan after the pour.
We spec the rebar size and spacing to the load. We cut control joints at the right intervals so the slab cracks where you want it, not where it doesn't. And we pour 4-inch minimum on grade - never the 3-inch some crews try to slip in.
