Make it right
Water-damaged ceilings, cracks, holes, sagging drywall, and fixing the last crew's bad patches. The drywall done right.
Why the diagnosis matters
Not every job is a fresh new build. Sometimes it is a water-stained ceiling, a crack that keeps coming back, a hole that needs more than a quick patch, or a previous crew's bad mud job finally showing through.
The mistake most people make is mudding over the surface while the real problem keeps working underneath. We find what is actually wrong - the leak above the ceiling, the moving joint, the failed seam - and fix that, so the patch holds and blends instead of cracking again in a year.
Water and ceiling damage, cracks and holes, texture and finish matching, and corrective work to clean up another crew's patches all run through one accountable drywall contractor.
The rule we repair by
Most repairs fail at the blend, not the patch.
Cut back to solid board, back it properly, retape it, and feather the texture and paint line out far enough - and the fix vanishes into the wall.
