A lot of precast is standard. The rest is not. When your job needs an off-standard size, a special reinforcement schedule, or a shape nobody keeps in stock, we build the form to your prints and cast the piece to your structural spec.

We take on custom structural precast for engineers, GCs, and specialty contractors across the Front Range. Send the drawing and dimensions, and the harder the piece, the more we like it.

The form is built to your dimensions, so the piece comes out the size and shape the drawing calls for, not close to it.

Rebar, mesh, and embeds go in to your schedule, so the piece carries the load your engineer designed it for.

A custom form takes longer than stock. You hear the real timeline at quote, so your schedule is built on a number that holds.

Common questions

Do I need finished drawings?
Dimensioned drawings or a clear sketch with reinforcement is enough to quote. Send what you have and we will tell you what else we need.
Is a custom form worth it for one piece?
Sometimes yes, sometimes a standard piece gets you there cheaper. Send the drawing and we will tell you honestly which way makes sense.
Can you repeat the run later?
Yes. Once the form is built, repeat pieces off it are quicker and cheaper than the first, so a custom run scales.
