Lloyd Martindale founded C&K in 2002 and named it after the initials of his two children, which is roughly the standard we hold the work to. We are a design-build firm: the people who draw your kitchen, bathroom, or addition are the people who build it.
We remodel for homeowners across Lake Oswego, Dunthorpe, West Linn, the West Hills and greater Portland. Most calls come from a neighbor pointing them our way, and most repeat calls come from a project that landed on scope and on schedule.
